Ours is a world of nuclear giants and ethical infants. We know more about war than we know about peace, more about killing than we know about living. We have grasped the mystery of the atom and rejected the Sermon on the Mount.

Why do I blog for peace? If I can cause one mind to doubt, to study further, to ask questions, then I have done something that would not have been done if I had not tried. Try, won't you?

Perhaps if people started by finding spiritual peace, the rest would follow. Tolerance would be a good start. Why can't we just accept other people the way that they are? Why do they always have to conform to our idea of how they should be? Intolerance, greed and abuse of power are the main causes of all these wars. And nobody seems to worry about the mental illnesses they give to soldiers and civils alike. There are no winners in wars. Only losers.
I like your peacenik ways.
