iChapters announces their "I Planted a Tree" drive running until February 15, 2008. iChapters will plant a tree for every digital eBook and eChapter purchase. Visit iChapters market to see how you may save money and natural resources by purchasing ebooks and echapters, versus printed class materials.
People look for simple ways to make a difference. At iChapters.com, they partnered with Paso Pacifico to launch a month long green campaign aimed at emphasizing conservation, supporting reforestation efforts and reducing their environmental impact. View the slideshow here.
If you are in school and have a use for textbooks, please check out iChapters first. iChapters would like to plant a tree in your honor and award you the "I planted a tree badge."

Support the protection of green, because they are increasingly less to the future of mankind, to protect everyone.
That is an excellent idea, a different way for a charity to get positive attention right in the homes of everyone for almost no cost. Brillant.
That is a great idea indeed. I wish every one should plant a tree not because only for their expectation of award. We should plant a tree because we want to.. right?
Hye
Great idea. Everyone should plant trees for the better living.
Definitely cool that iChapters plants trees for all their eBooks - but even without the trees eBooks are WAY better for the environment - not only because they don't use up the trees but because they don't need to be transported. Those of us who are environmentally committed - we NEED to be showing support to companies like iChapters that are working with non-profits or that have a green stance.
