Green Clean Cleansers

Cleaning basics are castille soap, baking soda, vinegar, borax and water. Furniture polish may be made by stirring Lavender oil into the mix.

The Heavy Hitters

CASTILE SOAPS: Cleans everything

HERBS and ESSENTIAL OILS: These are a great help for disinfecting and fragrance. Choose from lavender, tea tree, lemon or oregano.

VINEGAR: Cuts grease, removes stains and is an excellent water softener.

BAKING SODA: An all-purpose, non-toxic cleaner. Cleans, deodorizes, removes stains and softens fabrics.

BORAX: A natural mineral that kills mold and bacteria. An alternative to bleach, it deodorizes, removes stains and boosts the cleaning power of soap. Please note safety precautions at the bottom of this page.

@c de sites-It works. I use it at home.
